I am tired of authors making the main character a big pouty baby. Why does she think ruining her son's Christmas because her delicate feelings were hurt is ok? Let's make women look stronger than stomping off and jumping to conclusions.

Too many books and movies are ruined by portraying the supposed heroine as an immature baby who has to ruin their kids' Christmas because things don't work out for them romantically. It makes it seem that women's lives are nothing without a man in it.
