This was one crazy film,its hard to explain everything, evidently based on a book, it portrays a postapocalyptic world, filled with rape, a talking telepathic dog, and a weird underground society, the dog made this film, I could not stand Don Johnson's charater, for a cult classic not bad, but for an over all movie.
..not so great.
