Review of A Boy and His Dog (1975) by Graham G — 13 Apr 2017
First saw BoyDog at a film festival year after its release at age 23. Was the young Vic then and had sex with director of festival immediately after the viewing. Have to confess that the archetypes of the film have conflated with my life experience, especially now after a divorce, as canine companion Towdlie is all that I have left from the marriage and my life.
We are telepathically linked, though we have both wearied of girls for any other prupose but satisfying bodily needs and desires....A BOY AND HIS DOG explains the how and why. Thanks, and near-worshipful awe of Harlan Ellison.
