Review of A Billion Lives (2016) by Meaghan C — 01 Nov 2016
I saw this documentary in Milwaukee where it had its North American premiere. It was the first time seen by an American audience and a theater full of 1400 people gave it a standing ovation. While the top critics see it as a commercial for vaping or are trying to get you to believe it's fully one sided in supporting vaping, they fail to tell you about the credits and the long list of organizations that failed to comment for this documentary. What you have in this documentary are leading experts in their fields, some who have held prestigious positions with massive public health organizations around the world (even with some.
Of those orgs that refused to interview for the film) who are telling you the truth about how politics, governments and most of all. Medical professionals are stifling innovation and are lying to the public in order to protect their financial interests.
Had some of the worlds largest organizations actually interviewed for this movie, since they were given he chance, it might not appear so one sided, but even without their input, this film still does what it intended and that's to tell you the truth because you ARE being lied to. It's time to open your eyes.
