Great movie from a pre-Americanized John Woo. A gritty drama served with violent action left and right that only Woo is (was) capable of. Not as abundant with gun battles as part II, but definitely has its moments! Great to see John Woo?s work before he later shat out movies like Face/Off, Broken Arrow, and MI:II.
If you are into Asian action flicks, by all means check the first two of this series out.
