Serious film based in a truth many live but not often speak of outside of their own circles. Makes you grateful for what you have and if you come from a Mexican background, like I do, reminds you where you came from.
I wish the ending offered more closure, but it reflects reality so can't hate too much. I cried my eyes out so that makes it a worthy film in my opinion.
