Review of 99 Homes (2015) by Tom H — 17 Feb 2016
Water on the mill of those who think all bankers, politicians and their henchmen need to be locked up for good. If you overlook some minor inconsistencies-the end is too easy and simple-and some motivational gaps in the lead's character, this carefully constructed tale of how easily you slide into becoming a capitalist brute is a sad (but, unfortunately true) comment on our times.
It's a depiction of the ruthless and uncaring injustice as it only exists in America. Bottom line: Chilling.
