Review of 911 in Plane Site (2004) by Dennis B — 30 Mar 2014
In this rather basic presentation of footage, David Vonkleist hands out an entire bunch of evidence to back up the idea of a conspiracy by the american government on september the 11th. The day known by the world, watched by millions and without a doubt one of the worst "Terrorist" attacks ever known to man.
However David here presents a different side, he shows us footage in slow motion of planes hitting the twin towers with mysterious flashes, he shows us news reports that were only aired once and then pulled.
He shows us evidence, which is hard to deny, that it was clearly not a plane that hit the pentagon and he also has evidence about the planes not actually being passenger planes. This presentation isnt very showy, in fact its the most basic of documentary styles you can get, whats important here is the content and the shock value and this keeps its reasonably short running time ticking over.
Now despite what you may believe really happened on that day and who is to blame, some of the evidence is hard to dismiss and even hardened anti conspiracy theorists such as myself was stunned to watch this footage and not double back on my original feelings.
However for me there is just not enough outsider participation on this to completely sell this to me. There are quotes and dialogue from footage but we dont get any hard words or opposing words from anyone other than our presenter.
Also one question is still not answered by this presentation, if those planes did not have passengers on board then what about the phone calls or the fact that families have said that they had lost friends on those flights.
The presentation completely glosses over this and it doesnt answer to many questions. It just lays out a guys research and asks you to take away from it what you will. It is insightful and makes you think but with not enough outside participation or opposing views, I find it hard to see just exactly how well this holds up.
