Review of 8MM (1999) by Jody O — 15 Oct 2013
I've never been a fan of Nicholas Cage, except for his role in Face-Off alongside John Travolta (another great film, hell of a lot better than THIS one, for sure). With that said, the idea for this film is good, but they should have DEFINITELY chose a better A-List actor fit for this role.
If you are squeamish about torture/death, I wouldn't partake in this movie, however, as it takes a strong stomach and mind to get into this one. 2 of 5 stars.
