Review of 88 Minutes (2007) by Stefano L — 15 Sep 2010
It's not a solid thriller, and the acting is not that great, but it does have some descent moments. Al Pacino stars as Dr. Jack Gramm a phorensics psychiatrist with the FBI, and he has 88 minutes to live. After helping convict a supposed murderer for crimes he may or may not have comitted Jack receives a threatening phone call informing him of his 88 minutes. Now a possible future murder victim Jack is tasked with overwhelming odds to stay alive, and everyone he knows is a possible suspect. Not only does he have to survive, but he has to prove he's innocent of a few murders as well. It's a very bumpy thriller, but if it's ever on television it's probably ok to watch.
It's a sloppy, and at times doesn't really seem to know whats going on. It felt very rushed.
