Review of 88 Minutes (2007) by Zachary R — 07 Feb 2012
This movie has a good premise and is worthy to be among other good thriller films. It stars Al Pacino as Jack Gramm being a forensic psychologist. In the beginning of the film he helps put a convicted murder away called the Seattle Strangler named Jon Forster.
Move forward several years later and Gramm learns that someone is copy catting The Seattle Strangler murders. But that's not all, Forester claims that Gramm's prediction was wrong and that he is innocent.
The big issue though is when Jack Gramm gets threatening messages at home, at work, and everywhere else in between saying that he only has 88 minutes to live. It is up to Jack Gramm to solve the case.
This movie has enough elements to make it a worthy thriller worth checking out. I give this movie a 8 out of 10.
