Review of 7th Street (2003) by Sarahr. — 07 Apr 2004
While I felt the subjects of the film were very genuine and captivating, I felt Pais used them to create a film that he could finally be the star in, as he is ALWAYS in front of the camera. I felt he dealt with them on video to serve a purpose, and that the "street family" that he spoke of constantly, was more of a figment of his egomaniacal imagination.
