Jack O'Connell appears to like suffering for his art. Starred Up - tough times in prison, Unbroken - prisoner of war, 71 - left behind enemy lines in a brutal time in Belfast.
This is tough and unrelenting from the start, claustrophobic and wrought.
Another great performance from this BAFTA winner, but look forward to seeing him not just being a hard man...
