I promise you you've seen this before. I also promise that you've seen this done better. 7 Minutes tries to be original, but instead is a poor mans Memento meets Dog Day Afternoon. There is the obligatory crook with a heart of gold, the woman as pawn to get to her man, the unplanned shooting (ok, more than one), a simple plan gone horribly wrong.
On that note, what kind of a plan is 'in and out in 7 minutes? Because that's literally all we get. Save yourself the time and rewatch Dog Day Afternoon followed by Memento instead.
