Review of 600 Miles (2015) by Ian C — 21 Jul 2016
A really slow paced road movie. Tim Roth is magnificent and it showcases the madness of America's gun laws brilliantly. The scene with the kid buying enough bullets to arm a Taliban guerrilla unit and the checkout girl doesn't bat an eyelid but when he asks for a couple packs of Marlboro lights she demands some ID is a great example of this.
Some decent tension and Roth, in particular, makes it worth a watch.
