Review of 54 (1998) by Tony L — 07 Jul 2012
In the late 70's, an abandoned TV studio burned its way into New York nightlife with a fervour that earned it an international reputation as the greatest nightclub of all time. It was Studio 54, the place where drugs, music, fashion, illicit sex and famous stars were on display in dazzling abundance. If you had the look, you made it in and once you were there, you did it all. For four working class wannabes with dreams of stardom and success, 54 was the place to find it. Once they stepped inside there was no turning back...
Stars Ryan Phillippe, Neve Campbell, Salma Hayek, Mike Myers, Sela Ward, Breckin Meyer, Sherry Stringfield, Ellen Albertini Dow and Heather Matarazzo.
Directed by Mark Christopher.
