Review of (500) Days of Summer (2009) by Rivandy H — 04 Mar 2015
The first time I watched this, I watched it from his perspective, the guy perspective, my perspective. I ended up angry and frustrated, blaming the girl for all his misery and woe. After a second viewing, where I saw the film from her perspective, I saw how wrong I was and how I am not so different from the main character, idealizing, expecting, and over assuming.
This film has really, changed how I feel about the whole relationship idea.
