I'm giving this an extra 1/2 a star because of how much l personally love it. It's a very original, clever little film. It's not in chronological order it just goes by what's best to tell the audience right now.
There'll be moments where it'll cut away to Tom just talking about how much he loves Summer or a few characters being interviewed on their thoughts on love. The romance is great, the comedy is plentiful (enough to recommend it just as a comedy).
It's so refreshing to have such a believable and realistic mainstream rom-com. Sometimes when it'll hint at a typical romance moment but then throw you off course with an underwhelming, real world moment.
It's highly recommendable whether it's for comedy, for romance or an amusing way to show and tell a film.
