It goes above and beyond what you would expect from a modern romance. Boy meets girl. Boy falls in love with girl. Girl doesn't. It is totally original, realistic, and quirky. The plot follows Tom and Summer in a nonlinear narrative.
Marc Webb created a masterpiece.
