Review of 50/50 (2011) by Letztalkmoveez — 07 Oct 2011
A film like "50/50" rarely surfaces. It's a cancer comedy, and although raunchy and crude, still approaches its subject matter with the utmost respect, honesty, and sincerity. Tonal issues bog down the third act significantly, but that doesn't diminish the fact that every actor in this movie is excellent, every line of dialogue is terrifically executed, and almost every moment of emotion feels totally genuine.
