Review of 50/50 (2011) by Peerawee P — 26 May 2013
I thought this was a good, worthwhile watch. Surprised it got such a high rating though. Anna Kendrick is a breath of fresh air, and Seth Rogen can do no wrong in my skewed-sense-of-humor book. Still it felt caught between this lighthearted romp and serious cancer drama in an awkwardly weird way that felt kinda close to life but not really.
The best parts were the little moments that revealed the stuff of their friendship.
