Kinda mopey, somewhat funny and extremely depressing at times. 50/50 sometimes manages to balance the aspect of comedy and drama but it usually gets blended together, ultimately creating an unpleasant outcome.
Especially when it is dealing with such a fragile subject like cancer, the last thing that people would want to do when dealing with that is to laugh.
