Absolutely a charming movie; I loved it, but I'm a francophile. This is clean, healthy fun and an extremely perceptive look into French culture. Americans can never seem to comprehend it, but it's perfectly natural, if not expected, to have a lover on the side outside of your marriage.
As addressed in the film, when your husband dies or your lover, you still have love at your side. Not a bad idea, I think. You will enjoy the film and the acting is excellent.
