This was an enjoyable action film. There is plenty of action. Keanu is great as usual. A great injustice occurs and the 47 Ronin set out for revenge. I found myself rooting for them because I was angry and also wanted revenge.
The film is visually stunning and the director did an excellent job of filming this movie. The love story with Keanu and his love and Oishi and his wife should've been stronger in order to tug at our heartstrings.
However, you can tell that they loved thier partners. Highly recommended for action fans and fans of Mr. Reeve.
