Review of 4:44 Last Day on Earth (2012) by Film G — 06 Aug 2012

It starts with a pointless sex scene where you witness a not at all attractive 50 year old bloke barely fuck a 20 odd year old with tiny tits.

Another pointless thing which makes this really quite shit film even more depressing, if that's possible, is the blatant Apple advertising it's obvious and painful.

Next we watch a random guy jump from a height at which you'd be lucky to sprain your ankle.

Then you have to endure a smug looking and not at all convincing news reporter with all the expression of a house brick tell us "the end is nigh" etc.

Followed by more corny scenes (slightly weird ones) with the lead actor chopping down a tree!?

While life appears to be carrying on seemingly unaware of the "impending doom" we see the lead actor in a borderline psychotic episode screaming from the rooftops and throwing bibles about. At this stage "the end of the world" could quite easily all be in his head.

In the end all that happens is the TV goes to snow and then the electric goes out.

And I'll finished this one there, the bottom line?

Absolute shit.
