Review of 4.3.2.1 (2010) by Candie T — 01 Oct 2010
"Does anybody know what the fuck is going on?".
This film has a lot of characters and with that comes a lot of exposition to go through and I commend the writer trying to cram all of his ideas into this one movie BUT they could've done without the "VANTAGE POINT" story telling. There is no need to replay things over and over just for a conclusion that ultimately doesn't pay anything off to anyone who possibly wanted to buy.
There are good things about the film, it's very innovative in their camera work, a lot of moving shots, cool visuals which really are the strength of the film. The writing itself is decent but nothing to go home about while the acting was just okay.
There were also some pleasant surprises: KEVIN SMITH! The guy can save anything!
