I have a soft spot for sports based dramas. There have been a series of wonderfully made sports based movies over the years and '42' is no different. It's the story of a legendary manager and the first African American player to play in the National Baseball League.
It starts of really fast, before gradually settling to tell a highly inspiring story. The performances by the lead cast are brilliant.
