Review of 40 Days and 40 Nights (2002) by Joe T — 17 Mar 2010
In 40 days and 40 nights, Josh Hartnett has to go, you guessed it, 40 days and 40 nights without sex. I went 17 years without sex, am I supposed to be sympathetic? But seriously, I went into this film expecting another crude.
vulgar gross-out teen comedy, but was surprised to find a film with a sweet centre. Of course it had it's moment of vulgarity, but otherwise this is a decent enough teen romantic comedy, with enough laughs to satisfy.
We'll gloss over the fact that a character gets raped at the end though...
