Review of 40 Days and 40 Nights (2002) by Daniel B — 07 Aug 2010
The screenplay for this just seems to have most of its ideas and concepts muddled, and the comedy itself falls pretty flat. I have a hard time buying into this whole premise of "not having sex for Lent" mostly because it's poorly conceived in the script, and no one in this movie gave convincing enough performances for me to even come close.
