It felt very gritty and real, whatever the camera was doing it didn't disturb the movie, and I didn't notice anything obvious, but it definitely enhanced the experience somehow. Can't say I want to watch it again though.
Also, how dumb and panicky is that girl, but I guess that is the point isn't.
