Review of 4 Months, 3 Weeks and 2 Days (2007) by Tom S — 03 Feb 2010
Low budget film that packs the punch with well timed tension. What's great about the film is that it tackles the abortion issue without Proselytizing. Abortion is illegal in Romania behind the iron curtain and it's dirty and brutal.
But the act itself is not exactly noble even in the best of circumstances. If anything it makes a case for early term abortion and a case against late term abortion, a position that will please few, but good film making nonetheless.
