The best western since Unforgiven. Sharp, well acted, masterfully directed and overall just a damn good flick. Russell Crowe is cold and charismatic performance as the evil gunslinger Ben Wade balances well with Christian Bale's stern yet noble rancher Dan Evans.
Supporting roles of Ben Foster and Peter Fonda help to launch this movie into the stratosphere and make it a true tour de force! 5...out of 5.
