Promised SO MUCH trashy, down & dirty fun, but is way too lunkheaded and just plain boring to work. Notable for the single most pointlessly elaborate opening credit sequence ever produced: a 2-3 minute computer-generated battle between scorpions that ends with one of them being run over.
What?!? This is one film that really needed the touch of a Tarantino or Rodriguez.
