Review of 300: Rise of an Empire (2014) by Richard L — 02 Feb 2015
If none of the new warriors are going to be "in shape"... supposedly because they are all poets and farmers instead of military men, then why is it they fight better than all of the highly trained assassins of the Persian Army? This, as well as many other "Hey, that didn't make sense" observations, filled my brain during this dull, lifeless sequel to the fantastically over the top original.
The single saving grace in this movie is Eva Green.
