Review of 300 (2007) by Brice B — 04 Mar 2014
The plot is pretty poor and the script is average, and even sub-par at times; however the action and slow-mo scenes do make up for that to some extent. After watching it though, I would like to ask Zack Snyder why the Spartan King is a Scottish Spartan (yes, Gerard Butler is Scottish but he changed his accent for Olympus Has Fallen) and all his people are either American or English Spartans.
Overall though, this is an average action film that delivers on the action element, but fails to deliver a high quality of the other aspects of film.
