300 gives you the battle of Thermopylae in 480 B.C., with King Leonidas of the Spartans battling against thousands of Persians to defeat Xerxes.300 is a great graphic novel adaptation filled with blood and gore, cool actual spartan fighting techniques, lots and lots of slow-mo, some yelling and general awesomeness.
