Butler portrays beautifully the masculine legend of the Spartans. Bold, fearless and dominating the 300 were an example of Spartan culture and courage. The honor given to the comic is so well-translated, it is hard to believe when reading the comic and then watching the movie.
Snyder hit this one out of the park.
