"30 Minutes or Less" is not only a hilarious and unique film, but it's also one of the best comedies of the last 10 years.
Jesse Eisenberg stars as Nick, a pizza delivery guy who is kidnapped by two dimwits (Danny McBride and Nick Swardson). They plot to force him to rob a bank by strapping a bomb vest onto him. With the help of his best friend (played by Aziz Ansari who is absolutely hilarious), the two attempt to come up with a plan to outsmart the criminals.
This is such a fun film. Eisenberg and Ansari are so funny together, and the same goes for McBride and Swardson. The dialogue is hysterical, and the entire 90 minutes is full of hilarious moments. It's such a unique and different plot, you don't know what to expect at the end. This is one of the best comedies I have seen in a long time. Don't be swayed by the ratings on here, this film is only disliked because it's not a generic plot about partying and drinking, which seems to be the only thing seen in "comedies" now-a-days. "30 Minutes or Less" is a outstanding movie that I will be enjoying for years to come. 5 stars.
