30 Minutes or Less has one of those screenplays that looks goodish on paper but is only a bit above average. Everyone bumbles along and the actors go into overdrive trying to convince us that this is all terribly hilarious but most of the time they are fighting a losing battle.
It moves at a furious pace but unfurls without rhythm, momentum or visual flair.
