Review of 30 Days of Night: Dark Days (2010) by Kris T — 03 Oct 2010
David Sladeâ??s version was blisteringly and horrifyingly cool and it effectively relayed the horror, and creepiness of 30 days without the sun in Alaska. That would be a feeding rampage haven for hunting vampires.
I was pretty stoked for another 30 Days. However when I read that it would be a straight to DVD release, naturally it lessened my enthusiasm. Horror sequels that skip theaters and go straight to DVD have a bad reputation.
Nothing mind blowing here and it did not provide enough thrills. The cold ones seem to have lost some of their bite, it is a below average vamp flick.
