Review of 30 Days of Night: Dark Days (2010) by Matthew L — 01 Dec 2010
Unlike the first which at least tried to do something original with the vampire mythos, Dark Days picking up a year after the first does nothing that we haven't seen done before in a dozen other films and a dozen times better.
The characters are largely stereotypes who do stupid things such as shouting in the dark when trying to be convert. As for the ending, does it leave things open to another sequel or is it simply the stupidest thing this year?
