Review of 30 Days of Night (2007) by Seanf — 14 Sep 2009
I imagine (after reading previous reviews for 30 Days of Night) that your opinion on this film rests firmly on whether you are a horror movie fan or not. However, I would recommend this film to anyone who can stand/loves gore, and appreciates films that have balls, a great unsettling score, and great cinematography.
It was never going to win an Oscar, but I have lent my copy of 30 Days of Night to as many people I know as possible and so far everyone has enjoyed it. Whilst this method may not exactly be foolproof, it's got to give 30 Days of Night some kudos.
