There are good things and bad things, lets stick to the good.
There are a lot of action, this film is seldom moving in a slow pace, the actors do a fine job at these action sequences. There are a lot of thrills, scares and freaky moments, the effects do a great job both for the vampires and the sceneries. Josh Hartnett goes a good job at being the survivor, the rescuer, the good guy, while Danny Huston is the evil head of the vampires, freaky, scary and very good.
This films delivers, but there is not real story, we don't get the information all the way around, there are bits and pieces missing, but it is entertaining.
