Its probably not the best movie ever made but it sure is the best vampire horror movie I have seen too date , there is so many vampire movies out there that base the whole thing around them being lustful and beautiful but dangerous creatures when we actually don't get to see them killing anyone.
As much as I love the whole lustful thing that some of those movies bring to the screen, its nice to have a vampire movie you can watch purely for the thrill of it. The only thing I would say that was wrong with this movie was that the fear wasn't carried through out the whole thing, there were scenes that made me jump every now and again but over all, a part from the bloody scenes of a vampire biting the neck of a human or Eben killing one of them, over all it was't that scary , it gained the fear in those scenes but then lost it again. If only it had held on to it.
It has a very good cast and those cast to be vampires were brilliant. I hope to see more movies like this or like blade and underworld.
