Oh man. This movie is classy. Anyone remember this line.
Colt: "His name is Tum-Tum because, well, he'll eat anything!".
Tum-Tum: "I won't eat dog poop!".
I thought that was hilarious when I was six.
Isn't this movie really just a combination of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Home Alone movies? Also, I just want to say I love the surfer kidnappers. They were probably my favorite part. Early 90s kid movies were the best!
