After you get past the boring first 30 minutes or so and the setting changes to England, this is a light hearted bit of fun. It's not going to win any awards for plot or production, but it's actually more entretaining than the first movie.
Watch out for some lazy Americanisms that slip through the script editing net...an English Headmistress who has a "closet"????
