A good `Hey check out whats on TV tonight.` movie. It definitely dates itself with the decor, dress, and style (plus the drugs...were comedy capers in the 80's legally mandated to involve cocaine and/or heroine?), but it is good enough for passing some time.
It does feel a bit odd when the drug dealers are arrested yet the movie goes on for awhile with minimal conflict or plot movement. Somehow, though, the three leads make it work.
