Review of 3-Iron (2004) by Laura L — 13 Nov 2007
Beautiful, tranquil, powerful, captivating. Some people might indeed find this movie strange, even incomprehensible, but I have never enjoyed watching a movie as much as I did when I first saw '3-Iron'.
The apparent lack of dialogue creates an atmosphere otherwise unattainable and in the end words aren't even needed to describe all the emotions the main characters go through. You can learn so much from silence as well.
A true masterpiece from the director Kim Ki-duk.
