Review of 3-Iron (2004) by Jin C — 28 Dec 2007
One of Kim Ki-Duk's more recent internationally and commercially successful films, still going against the mainstream grain in his unique style of paced cinematography, minimal dialogue, and central character development.
3-Iron still plays on the main themes of love, alienation, temperance, and the experience of finding a human bond and connection with otherwise complete strangers. Another gem from one of my favorite directors part of the hallyu-wave.
