Review of 3 Days to Kill (2014) by John A — 22 Jun 2014
This Luc Besson Penned Action Thriller, Fails On So Many Levels But It's Not A Complete Disaster, It's Still An Enjoyable Film. The Plot Is A Basic Action Formula And The Action Does Work, But It's Sadly The Emotional Drama Side Which Fails.
Charlie's Angels Director McG, Doesn't Focus On The Both Sides Of The Story Equally Enough, And That Kind Of Drags It Down. The Film Has A Strong Cast, Giving Some Great Performances. The Film Is Written To Entertain And It Does It's Job, I Found This A Decent Entertaining Flick I Would Watch Again.
Sadly This Could Have Been Better If Both Aspects Of The Plot Were Given A Equal Playing Field By It's Director. This Should Have Been An Average 3 Star Flick, But The Directional Focus Is All Wrong And Sadly Drags This One Done Slightly.
